Ordering Transcripts

Need a transcript?  For information about costs and conditions of transcript release, please review the University of Toronto Transcript Centre web site or telephone 416-978-3384 (press 2 for UTTC). Transcripts may be ordered on-line, using the Student Web Service (ROSI) web site, via mail or in person. Please note that it is not possible to order transcripts by phone or e-mail.

If you were first registered at the U of T prior to September 1978, you cannot order your transcript on-line. A Transcript Request Form will be required.

Diplomas

If you did not attend convocation ceremonies, and would like to have your diploma mailed to you, please contact the U of T's Office of Convocation. The web site contains contact information and hours of operation.

Lost or damaged your diploma? A replacement copy can be arranged through the Office of Convocation. A fee may apply.
