Current Research Interests

Joanna currently conducts research in the areas of organizational justice and the pedagogy of using experiential teaching methods to develop leadership skills.  Specifically, she is interested in the personality and situational factors that influence why a leader might treat his or her employees with fairness.  With respect to pedagogy, she
is currently involved in studies related to how computer simulations can be used in leadership development.  She is also involved in assessing the different methods used across disciplines to teach leadership.
