Current Research Interests
Alan conducts research on a number of topics in human resources and organizational behaviour, including recruitment, selection, job search, training, absenteeism, and the socialization and work adjustment of new employees. He is particularly interested in job search and the factors that have an impact on a jobs seeker's success in finding a job.
