Current Research Interests
George continues to apply his expertise in Human Resources Management Systems, specifically by consulting to organizations. His projects seek to align HR policy, management practices and programs to the organization's business objectives; diagnose problems and define needs regarding HRM information systems, and develop policy and guidelines so that HR managers best acquire, organize, and use information technology resources.
