Computer Labs
In addition to the computers available in the UofT Information Commons, CIRHR graduate students have exclusive access to ten computers in the CIRHR computer lab which is adjacent to the CIRHR Library.
- Internet access, including access to all the electronic resources of the U of T Library system.
- Microsoft Office Suite 2007 (includes PowerPoint)
- SPSS and STATA statistical software
- various plug-ins
Specialized training and instruction take place in an additional lab/classroom that accommodates 30 students. It is located in nearby computing facilities.
Wireless
The UofT Wireless Network (UTORcwn) allows you to use your taptop to access the Internet at the CIRHR and in may locations on the St. George campus for those with a UTORid.

Printing
CIRHR graduate students also have a printing account. Printing is 10 cents per page. New MIRHR students receive a one-time only 50 pages of free printing.
Students and library visitors have access to the CIRHR library's coin-operated photocopier (10 cents per page).
Software and Hardware
Anti-virus Software: Symantec Anti-Virus (SAV) software is free to all enrolled students. You will need your UTORid to download the software.
