CIRHR faculty are internationally recognized experts, and have edited or authored the leading textbooks in HRM, IR and research methods.   They are drawn from many disciplines such as Economics, Sociology, Management, Law, History, Community Health, Political Science and Psychology.

Instructors associated with the program are outstanding practitioners in their fields.  They include consultants, HR Vice-Presidents, union leaders and research directors as well as labour lawyers and respected arbitrators.  They hold advanced degrees, are published authors and teach courses at other universities.

They are also excellent teachers.  Student course evaluations rated 87% of CIRHR faculty and instructors as “very good” in their teaching performance.  More than 50% scored in the elite “exceptional” category.
