2-Year MIRHR Program

Full-time students who are eligible for admission may complete the program in two years (16 non-consecutive months).

First Year

Eight half-courses (or equivalent) are necessary to complete first year.  Seven are required courses that provide a foundation for further study.

One elective course is chosen to fill the requisite eight half-courses (or equivalent). Courses marked (PR) require prerequisites and further information is available from the Centre.

Second Year

Eight half-courses (or equivalent) are necessary to complete second year.  This includes the core courses in Industrial Relations and Human Resources below plus five elective courses (or equivalent):
