September 21, 2020 by CIRHR Communications

A message from CIRHR Postdoctoral Research Fellow Dan Samosh:

Researchers from the Odette School of Business, Rowe School of Business, and University of Toronto would love to hear about your work experiences and well-being as part of an important new study!  Your participation will help inform organizational policies, training programs and future research on employee well-being, a topic of critical importance.

Eligibility to participate requires that you be employed full-time, over the age of 18, and able to complete weekly surveys during the month of October 2020.

The study involves completing 4 surveys during October 2020. These surveys ask about your work experiences, behaviours, and well-being.  Survey 1 takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, while Surveys 2-4 take about 5-10 minutes.  Survey 1 is open from Thursday October 1st to Thursday October 8th.

As a token of appreciation, you will earn a $4 gift card for each survey that you complete (to virtually anywhere; see tangocard.com), plus a bonus $4 for completing all 4 surveys!

So this is an opportunity to earn $20 in gift cards!

Your participation is completely confidential.  Please direct any questions to workstudy.odette@gmail.com. This study has received clearance from the University of Windsor Research Ethics Board.
