MIRHR students are required to register annually on a full-time basis until all degree requirements have been completed. The time limit for a full-time student to complete degree requirements is 3 years. If necessary, students may request a leave of absence (parental/personal/medical) for one to three sessions. If approved, the time limit for completing degree requirements would be extended accordingly.
To maintain full-time status students must enrol in at least 3 half courses each semester. Students who wish to take more than the maximum number of courses permitted will require special permission.
In certain circumstances, full-time students may be permitted to switch to part-time status as long as it is within the minimum period of registration.
