Students who do not meet admission standards for the MIRHR degree may wish to consider the Certificate Program in Human Resources Management that is offered through the University of Toronto’s Woodsworth College.
The Certificate in HRM is designed for students who have completed undergraduate degrees in subjects other than human resource management or related programs such as Employment/Industrial Relations who now wish to study courses in this field to meet professional needs, prepare for advanced studies or simply to broaden their academic experience. The level of instruction is undergraduate. Students who complete the Certificate in HRM from Woodsworth College may qualify for admission to the 12-month MIRHR (with advanced standing) degree stream.
View further information and eligibility requirements. Woodsworth will consider applications from Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
A bachelor’s degree in Employment Relations is available through the University of Toronto for those students who do not qualify for the HRM Certificate Program. Consult the Faculty of Arts & Science website for more information.
