Join us for a unique opportunity to hear from Cuban labour relations experts on the state of Cuba’s labour market reforms and the growing scope of private sector employment in what has — since the 1960s – been a state-owned and planned economy. Learn about Cuba’s dispute resolution systems, the push to formalize employment, labour standards enforcement and the growing importance of the worker-owned cooperative sector. The one-day workshop is free for all CIRHR faculty, students and alumni.
