We extend our very happy congratulations to Anna Ponzo and Udanya Singhabahu Achchige, recipients of the Dr. Sergiy and Tetyana Kryvoruchko Undergraduate Award in Human Resources, and Centre graduates who are now enrolled in the MIRHR program.

"Receiving the Dr. Sergiy and Tetyana Kryvoruchko Undergraduate Award in Human Resources is incredibly meaningful to me," says Udanya. "As I began University, I was unsure of where I would be headed or which direction my career would take. Discovering the IRHR program is something I am sincerely grateful for, as it helped me find both my academic passion and a sense of purpose. This award feels like a reminder of how far I’ve come, and a reminder that you can find resilience and growth even when everything seems uncertain. I’m truly thankful for the support of my professors, mentors, and peers who have shaped my journey at UofT, and I feel deeply honored to receive this recognition." Anna couldn't agree more.

"Receiving this award is both an incredible honour and a meaningful reminder that my hard work is paying off," she says. "The IRHR program cultivated a heartfelt passion for the field that I carry with me in my academic and professional experiences. Now, as I balance work and full-time studies in the MIRHR, this award motivates me to keep striving toward my goals with purpose and curiosity. I am deeply grateful for the generosity of Dr. Sergiy and Tetyana Kryvoruchko and the recognition of the CIRHR, whose encouragement inspires me to make a meaningful impact in the world of industrial relations and human resources."
