Fangjun Dong

Fangjun is an upcoming Ph.D. student in industrial relations at University of Toronto. Born and raised in China, Fangjun completed her undergraduate degree with high distinction at the University of Toronto with a double major in employment relations and economics. Then she got her master’s degree in industrial relations and human resources at the University of Toronto. Her areas of interest include organizational behaviour, human resources management, labour economics, employment law, labour market policy and industrial/employment relations.
