Learn more: Certificate in Human Resource Management

If you are interested in our graduate programs, have an unrelated undergraduate degree and are eligible, some students choose to complete a certificate program at the university level and then apply to the 12 month MIRHR program. Once such program is the CIRHR's certificate in Human Resource Management.

The certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) is designed for students who have completed undergraduate degrees in subjects other than human resource management or related programs such as Employment/Industrial Relations who now wish to study courses in this field to meet professional needs, prepare for advanced studies or simply to broaden their academic experience. The level of instruction is undergraduate (university level).

The CHRM and the MIRHR are seperate applications. Completing the HR Certificate at the university level will provide you with an opportunity to increase your undergraduate GPA, if necessary, to create a more competitive MIRHR application.
