Register now for an introduction to 4DY (For Diverse Youth), a multi-year initiative strengthening employer capacity in Canada’s manufacturing and construction sectors to more effectively recruit, hire, onboard, retain, mentor, and promote youth with disabilities. Co-led by the CIRHR and Inclusive Design for Employment Access (IDEA/VRAIE), 4DY brings together leaders across research, industry, labour, employment services, and the disability community to build sustainable, barrier-free employment pathways. Come learn how 4DY works, ask questions, and explore opportunities to get involved! Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees (Myhal Centre, Room MY430, University of Toronto).
