Abstract | Current research demonstrates that employee capabilities such as growth mindset and learning agility are associated with employee performance, but the strength of these associations is impacted by managerial attributes and organizational factors. This work-in-progress seeks to better understand how growth mindset and learning agility are moderated by manager tenure, and manager performance. Additionally, it seeks to better understand the potential impact of flight risk status and critical role rating on performance. These questions are explored using an organizational data set from a mid-sized North American media company.
