Trish Anderson

Trish Anderson is currently a Senior Vice President and Commercial Leader at GE Commercial Finance. As part of the newly formed Enterprise Sales Team, she is responsible for sales deployment, commercial excellence, customer service & systems for GE Commercial Finance’s Top Customers & Prospects.

Before joining GE in 1996, Trish was the president and founder of a consulting firm that focused on organizational development, investor and industrial relations, and change management. Her 10-year career at GE has included successful completion of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program, and in 2000, she attained GE’s certification as a Master Blackbelt in Six Sigma. Her leadership roles quickly expanded beyond HR to Sales, Six Sigma, Sourcing/Supply Chain, e-business as well as Human Resources at four different GE Businesses across the U.S. (GE Industrial Systems, NBC, GE Capital and GE Commercial Equipment Financing).

Trish graduated from the Master’s program at the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources in 1996. In 2002, she returned to the Centre as one of the speakers at the inaugural Alumni Showcase, and was a generous donor to the MIR 25th Anniversary Ontario Graduate
