Alex received an MBA in Human Resources Management from McGill University. Alex also holds Certifications in Executive Leadership, and HR Management, from the University of Toronto; and, in Advanced Executive Management from the University of Western Ontario and Northwestern University. Alex has held the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) for more than a decade and is an Institute of Corporate Directors certified Corporate Director (ICD.D). Alex actively consults in governance, strategy, change management, human capital integrations and organizational culture optimization, coupled with Board roles.
