Dionne Pohler Named Associate Director, Undergraduate and PhD programs

Congratulations to CIRHR Professor Dionne Pohler, who has been named Associate Director, Undergraduate and PhD Programs beginning July 1st. July 1st marks the date of Dionne having achieved tenure and becoming an Associate Professor.

Dionne's current research includes projects investigating the impact of pay equity and the working income tax benefit. Previous research projects explored the impact of employment laws, strategy, employment systems, human resource practices, and unions on employee and organizational outcomes. Dionne teaches in both the undergraduate IR/HR program and the MIRHR, as well as supervising doctoral students. She is a research fellow in the Institute for Gender and the Economy (GATE) at Rotman, a Filene research fellow, and a fellow in Co-operative Strategy and Governance with the Centre for the Study of Co-operatives at the University of Saskatchewan.
