Dr. Stéphane Renaud’s research interests focus on human resource management in general and compensation management in particular. His work on salaries, benefits, and other working conditions has been published in both French and English.

Following his doctoral studies at the Centre, Renaud joined the School of Industrial Relations, University of Montreal, where he is now Full Professor.
