CIRHR Assistant Professor Greg Distelhorst is leading a new Rotman Executive Program, People Analytics for HR.
The online program is designed to teach human resource professionals—including managers and directors from both the public and private sectors—how to understand, interpret, and apply data strategically.
Over the course of four half-days in November, participants will learn what makes HR data actionable and how to quantify complex data, to make the leap from statistical insights to organizational change, and to cut through jargon and improve performance.
Data and analytics are not a replacement for great HR—they're complementary tools that can and should be applied to inform decision-making and improve results. To learn more about the program and how to apply, visit the Rotman Executive Programs website.
This partnership between CIRHR and Rotman’s Executive Programs is one of many opportunities for today’s HR, labour and management professionals to continue expanding their expertise with the CIRHR. Registration for the CIRHR and Lancaster House Professional Learning Program, Conflict Resolution at Work: Proven skills and strategies for managers and union representatives on June 28 and 30 is now open.
